A holiday giveaway with Dubbleware

We’re back with another holiday giveaway, this time with Dubbleware, a brand that feels more relevant now than it ever should in an era obsessed with trends.
Workwear, by definition, is meant to resist trends. It’s clothing designed for doing things, not performing them.
And yet, over the last decade, we’ve watched workwear aesthetics get filtered through the fashion machine. Double knees on runways, chore coats as styling props, “utility” stripped of its actual use.
Founded in Boston in 1918, Dubbleware was a brand of original, honest workwear made for farmers, railroad workers, and tradespeople across New England and as far west as Chicago.
The brand quietly disappeared in the 1970s, living on mostly through vintage digs and eBay listings, until Joe Sharpe resurrected it in 2019 after noticing its cult following among vintage heads.
What they’ve done since is impressive, and the result is workwear that feels purposeful, considered, and wearable in actual life.
