Good style never dies
Getting some serious Wes Anderson vibes from Drake’s cord kit that just dropped. We all know Wes is the king of rocking this fabric; you have to respect the dedication to stay the course in all types of weather and seasons. Regardless, Drake’s nails it again with the design. Check it out.
Also, here’s an old piece I wrote on Wes Anderson and the power that comes with sticking to a daily uniform. Corduroy is forever.

When futból and fashion merge
Thom Browne is at it again. He’s always wedged his designs into soccer + basketball. He’s had a deal with FC Barçelona to design travel uniforms for a few years, and he also did the same for Cleveland Cavaliers during the NBA Playoffs.
I love when sport and clothing merge. Here’s this season’s sportswear. So simple, but perfect with all the right details.
Also, wanted to point out Italy’s football club as well, where Giorgio Armani—who’s on contract to design uniforms for the Italian National team—designed a special collection ahead of the Euros. Armani and the Azzurri wanted to honor the late Enzo Bearzot, an old (and legendary) Italian manager. Armani did a subtle imitation of Bearzot’s iconic matchday blazer (below), and gave the players a collarless look.
Pretty baller.
